Hello, I’m Xan.
I believe that everyone deserves beautiful places and that exploring what constitutes beauty is an essential part of working as a landscape architect.
In this pursuit, I collaborate with people, archives, plants, and other nonhumans to reveal existing stories, inscribe new programs, and prepare for the future with resiliency—reflecting and enhancing what people and places desire.
When not working on landscapes in the office or hanging out with my cat, I organize around environmental justice in my community—part of practicing landscape architecture.
