Hi, it’s me, Erica.

I am skilled at finding alignment and clarity amongst competing voices and steering them into simple design drivers. I aim to be an empathetic listener and strategic communicator and feel incredibly grateful to be working alongside these amazing people in building an office culture of trust, curiosity, and care.

As a senior project manager on many TEN x TEN projects, my favorite moments happen during complicated and critical conversations. I dive into the sometimes-messy dialogue of project construction and love finding common ground. Our TxT team, collaborators and contractors bring me joy, and while the humanness of what we do can be hard, it’s crucial to find the shared values embedded in each project to ensure that critical details come together to realize the collective vision.

I’m a prairie nerd, so I’m passionate about the prairie ecoregion and advocate for native plantings in all our projects. If it were legal, I would build a floating tiny home in a fen.
