Hi, I’m Emma.

I’m grateful that my role gives me the opportunity to form long-lasting relationships with people and places through collaboration on juicy projects that have positive impacts on the communities that we serve. Day-to-day, I focus on leveraging my leadership skills to propel project work forward, foster an environment where creativity flourishes, and ensure that teams remain inspired to deliver their best work.

I am motivated by seeing communities achieve together what seems unattainable alone. I find fulfillment in the collective will to contribute something meaningful to the world, recognizing the potential for remarkable outcomes when people come together around a shared purpose.

I keep myself balanced by picking up heavy things in the gym, being outside, enjoying good food, and spending time with family and friends. While I love my adopted home of Saint Paul, I am always looking forward to my next trip home to Pennsylvania or to places yet unknown.
